I had to meddle with it quite a bit until I got the link Other Bill sent. A couple of other things that I searched didn't help. Link to the free codec for Win10 Photo Editor did the trick. One of the other links started that way, but gave the non-free codec. It was only a buck, but I'm a cheap bastrich, and trying to spend my money on durable tools right now! Bill in OKC William R.
