Oops.... Just realised that the spacer ring
between the drive wheel and the outer bearing
of the gearbox IS
necessary.? If its not there the shaft can
slide axially by the amount of the spacer's
width.??
Sorry, I can't edit the post now, but the
paragraph beginning 'If the above is
