2. Grizzly or Harbor Freight usually have those kinds of gears
available, but you'll have to pay for it and I have no idea how much
it will cost. the Harbor Freight manual is in the files section and
you should be able to find the part number there. Grizzly should be
able to fax you a page of the manual if you call them and ask
nicely.
3. A bigger hammer? No, I don't know on that one either. sorry.
