This is my first post as a new member. Thanks to my friend Rolf Eipper in Vancouver BC ?for connecting me to this group. I have been a camera collector for 50 years, with top Zeiss products of the 30's among my favorites. I also have been collecting the "baby" cameras (4.5 X 6 format) that preceded the Zeiss conglomerate. The Contax I has been a special favorite since I first saw one.

I am thrilled with my recent purchase of a 1934 Contax I outfit with 6 lenses (Including the 300mm), viewfinders, accessories, etc. all in the original fitted case. Mint condition. I am curious how rare this might be. I welcome any comments or advice.?

I believe the only piece missing is a diopter holder that attaches to the accessory shoe. There is a narrow slot next to a the angled viewfinder adaptor and that seems to be the only accessory that would fit. If anyone has one or can lead me to one, I would appreciate that. ?
