Early Contaflex I and II did have female threads, somewhere Zeiss Ikon changed to the more normal variety. When it happened you should ask Marc James Small, as he made a research when and where it changed. And sorry, I haven't a fitting sunshde for you... (not spare in any case:-)

I own a nice Contaflex II with fixed Tessar 45/2.8 lens. I tried to find a sun shade for this camera, but I got a S27 shade which does not fit. It seems the Contaflex I and II have a reversed filter thread. Can anyone indicate me the right filter/sunshade specifications? Thanks Willy MAES
