Thank you for the pictures and the information. Also a thanks to William Jones for your dates and the sequence. I like your pictures of the early Zeiss microflex. I also own one of those accessories and would love to date it at some time.
I own a 1341 Contameter in the type 2 configuration and a 1339 in the type 3 configuration¡ªwhich might make sense since the Tenax II did not become available until 1938. I wonder if any 1339s were ever made in the type two model?
I do note that the type 3 you show in your picture does not have a clasp for closeup. My 1339 does.
