Hi Everyone,? , A friend and others created a Quarantine Task Force to make sanitized deliveries to people who cant get to the store. I've used them. They pick up.your items and sanitize them on your porch. They follow very strengent guidelines regarding sanitation. Here's the FB link.?

Thank you thank you for this perfectly wonderful timely teaching. The virus and I, one and the same, sit together in the back yard as the spring sun warms our bodies. This message arrived as I was gazing up at a clear blue sky and listening to the flicker call wildly from the Russian elm in full bud. Spring is positive and reassuring suggesting all can be healed and made well. But this spring is different, a virus has come with a message. A message delivered and experienced physically. The same message to all of us no matter our gender, race, religion, socio-economic class, nationality.?
Greed, hatred and ignorance have arisen endlessly and have grown exponentially like the virus curve. Resources have? been used to excess. Life is not simple, slow, compassionate, interconnected with all people or with the planet. The sickness has come to a head. But from the charred land of a fire green shoots rise up. And here too we stop, slow down, take care of friends and neighbors, clean the kitchen carefully, volunteer at the food bank, walk the dog more slowy, show up at hospitals to offer care, forgive rent payments, continue to provide school lunches. Wow, we can do this! We can live differently than we thought we could. We can drive less, fly less, do errands for others more, chat more with neighbors, ask about the health of our friends, make soup and live fully in our true connections with one another. Even wars may end. The planet is not only our solace but is us. The? blue sky, fresh air, the bright stars at night, the grand spruces, chickadee chants, the clean rushing water of rivers. Maybe now we can understand. Maybe now we can nurture this planet like we can nurture our neighbors, near and far.?
So much empty and false satisfaction has ruled our lives.This little virus can remind of us of the wisdom we already have in our hearts. The time has come to practice it and see the harmony and beauty that comes forth. May we be of one heart.
