Support opportunity for frontline covid workers & activists

Hey all, in support of helping burnout in frontline covid workers as well as activists, my nonprofit Sage Institute is offering our 28-Day Online Meditation Challenge free of charge to not only medical workers, but grocery or postal clerks, ministers etc etc --? anyone who¡¯s? been out in front during the covid crisis -- as well as activists of all sorts. It¡¯s 28 days of online support with email reminders/instruction plus a guided audio meditation 6 days a week to help folks establish or re-establish a regular practice as well as a forum for mutual support/conversation and Q & R¡?
?
Obviously none of you need this, but we all have extended family and friend connections etc who¡¯ve perhaps always been meaning to take up meditation and are now on the front lines one way or another and could use the support, or have fallen away from practice during the chaos, so maybe this could help. We¡¯re also adding a couple of live Zoom events too so participants can share experiences council-style. The registration link can be found at?
?
Hope you all are staying well and healthy! Sean
