Caution: another spam message using Karin's name
I received a message this morning from an email zencenter03@gmail from "Karin Ryuku" It was titled "Greetings Merilee Schultheiss,"asking me to do something discreet, not to call beause she is going into a meeting, and signed with her full name, as spiritual director. Poor grammar also gives it away. I reported it as spam and have blocked the sender.? |

Dear Sangha;
As we head into 2025, Martin and I will be sharing Gathas from a wonderful collection by Thích Nh?t H?nh,
Present Moment Wonderful Moment. Gatha comes from “a Sanskrit word meaning a verse of poetry." We offer these as part of a Mindfulness practice.
From the forward of Present Moment Wonderful Moment, Sister Chan Duc writes: “We entrust [the gathas] to memory so that they can arise without effort as we go about our daily tasks in order to stay with what we are doing.”
This collection of Gathas can be used as you complete daily tasks: getting up, brushing teeth,?turning on the light, and on and on; always returning and dwelling within the present moment.
Happy New Year!
Gassho, Connie and Martin
