Hi Bob and others (David G., Jim Long, Yosi, Martin and Kelly M), who have signed up for the Metro Caring event. We are?on the calendar for September 12 (12-3:30pm) shift for a group of 4-6 people.?Since we are going as a group, the instructions I got from MC is that only the group leader (me) should sign us in on arrival so no need to worry about pre registering online.?
If you haven¡¯t already, please sign the MC?, this link sends a signed waiver directly to MC so no need to download or print. For those that have signed it previously or attended training, there is no need to sign another one.
? As a reminder, it is important that all?volunteers wear closed-toed shoes, as we are working in an active warehouse, as well as clothing you feel comfortable moving around in and potentially getting a little dirty. Additionally, we need to park at St. Luke's Hospital (or carpool from ZCD). ? Once you arrive, please enter through our gray volunteer doors located on the South end of the building, at the end of our parking lot. Please arrive at 11:30 before our shift so we may do a short ?before we begin our work.
