Ya get what ya pay for. 3D printed products that are marginal at best. Maybe acceptable quality...........not for me.
Go with anything from Archistories, keep an even look/theme. Other will chime in

most likely blown output transistor.
just to double check, get an automotive 12v bulb (that can be sacrificed) and try it... you will know if it is constant output or not.
