StoryYESTERDAY USA has been streaming live on the Internet (and satellite radio) since 1983. For almost forty years we have been providing old-time radio programs, along with original documentaries and exclusive celebrity interviews to help preserve past network broadcasting. Historians, scholars, museum curators and other luminaries have been guests. During the coming year we plan to produce a number of documentaries and the costs involved for production require us to launch this Kickstarter.? ? The history of that popular western program will be a highlight of the year with exclusive interviews with cast members from the radio show, and commentary by historian/author Martin Grams.

From Big John Matthews
开云体育Hello folks, sorry about missing my show yesterday but my health issues keep affecting me very negatively and do not allow for my usually calm demeanor on the air. ? I want to make sure you all know about The Glowing Dial Live Fundraising Marathon which is happening March 17 to 20, 2022. I have lined up several neato live guests and am trying for a few more! I'll be doing my usual Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday Live shows "as part of" the Marathon! Also there will be a few Walden Hughes Live shows, all a part of the Marathon. Some with the Wonderful Patricia, some with John and Larry Gassman. I will be the special guest on all of then as they will be a part of the Marathon proper as mentioned. ? I have been very fortunate to have had some great folks donate items to entice you all to donate generously to our effort. We have quite a few autographed books, some autographed Lum 'n' Abner Comics artwork, some great and rare downloaded program material as well as chances for "you" to become a radio star on my shows or even one of your own! ? All the information on premium items on offer and guest info are on our webpage at . ? Very important, we were going to do a Kickstarter, and we still might depending on how all this comes out for us, we'll see. What is running NOW is a PayPal Fundraiser. When you go to the Marathon website, pay attention to the "Beat The Marathon Rush" section as that is where the link is for our current PayPal Fundraiser. There is a countdown right there on the page too so you'll see that we don't have much time left for this one Please donate what you can so that we here at The Glowing Dial Live can make the much needed improvements to equipment for the studio as well as ongoing monthly bills to keep the internet on, keep our increasing number of radio stations on and more. ? Thanks for reading this long diatribe! And please donate to our PayPal Fundraiser as well as the Marathon in March. Do as much as you can and we thank you in advance! ? John W.
