This is Sue’s daughter Kerrie. ?Sue has been moved to a full care nursing home ?Starting in August she was going down hill fast with her congestive heart failure and COPD. ?Through the end of the year we were doing hospital stays on and off. ?Then in December she went unmobile- staying in bed 24/7. ?January she went into hospital again and then to rehab to see if she could get stable and mobile again. ?After 20 days there and no improvement she had to be place permanently in a care facility since her care was beyond one person at home to care for her. ?She has had a hard time adjusting to her new life there but does seem to be settling in better now. ?Her mind is still sharp but the body is wearing out. ?So sad to see her having such a hard time but we are trying to stay up beat with her. ?I know she would appreciate cards or letters from any of you, which you can still send here to the house and I will take to her. ?I stop by to see her almost daily. ?To uncomplicated things with her accounts and all I will be closing this email in about 10- 30 days. ?Plan to keep her other email for a bit longer since it has important accounts on it that I have to keep up with. ?suelinse@...
