I hope he calls her Abby as well as Pickles.? Norm and I had nicknames for Sparky – one was “Boobles” – so we could talk about him without his knowing we were talking about him.? But it took a couple of weeks and he figured out he was also “Boobles.”
They get good at it.

well I will still feel better after I see her tomorrow & speak with the vet. .? ?I just got back from shopping with Geno.? We loaded his car up with pee pads, a crate, toys, fleece blankets that I had. He bought a doggy gate, extra food bowls, took the doggy steps home i ordered for him & the car seat.? We bought her a break away collar to put her new ID tag on.? he renamed her PICKLES !!? She has a nice red harness & leash he will walk her with.?

This is promising.? I was so hoping Abby would be okay and it wasn’t serious, like brain damage or head trauma.? Poor little thing to suffer from such a bad ear infection.
rescue Donna called & said he feels the head tilt was from the severe ear infections. He wasnt to keep her till tomorrow to be sure the ear is looking better tho & he rechecks her again.? So we are excited!!!? We will leave after I get off tomorrow at 2 to head down. Its a good hour drive down there (I hate going to Miami).? I am to call the vet directly tomorrow at noon to talk with him & make sure he feels she can come home tomorrow.? So we are encouraged & happy with the news so far.?
