There seems to be either a new setting or one I had never noticed before called
Toggle/Stereo OTRSP Macro and it affects the way latch works.

The TX1 and TX2 commands change which radio will transmit. The RX1, RX2,
and RXS select which radio or radios you will hear in the headphones.
