Degree in related fields, ·????????
Background in IT Service Management. Must have
experience of setting up help desk or service desk operations, ·????????
Relevant experience of Service Desk and Incident
Management processes based on best practice approaches to IT Service Management
(e.g. ITIL), ·????????
Relevant past accomplishments that demonstrate an
ability to successfully carry out a restructure of IT Service Management
operations, ·????????
Understanding of ITIL processes with upper level ITIL
qualification or equivalent ·????????
Awareness of Service Desk toolsets, ·????????
Demonstrated business awareness including an ability
to support and contribute to business objectives, ·????????
Very good verbal and presentation skills, ·????????
Fluent in Turkish and English. ? ? Document
