One of our global client which is a leader in operating production sector is seeking for SAP CRM PROFESSIONALS in different levels of experience. / ISTANBUL

QUALIFICATIONS
?
·???????? BS degree in Computer or Industrial Engineering or equivalent,
·???????? Fluent in English is a must, German knowledge is an asset
·???????? 2-10 years experience on SAP CRM module consultancy and/or development practice? including Service, Marketing, Masterdata,
·???????? Experience in ABAP programming, (object oriented, CRM WebUI, Smartform, AdobeLiveCycle…) is highly preferable
·???????? Knowledge on several SAP Modules (MM, FI…) is preferable
·???????? Good communications,consulting skills with team working capability,
·???????? High personal and timely flexible engagement, willingness to travel and temporarily stay abroad when required
·???????? No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION
?
  • Taking a role as a corporate IT member in country roll-in and development projects in order to implement the standardized template CRM solution for international usage
  • Implementing Business Requirements for CRM solutions (concept, realization, test, deploy)
  • General IT and business consulting concerning specific CRM processes and appropriate solutions, including non functional requirements on CRM platforms supported by BSH
  • Coordination 2nd and 3rd level support for the tickets which are raised from the countries over the Service Desk when required
