- Degree in
related fields: Human-computer interaction, interaction design, visual
communication design, industrial design, computer engineering, computer
sciences.
- Good knowledge
of and experience with user interface design patterns and visual design
elements
- ?Experience as designer of software
applications for desktop, web and iOS
and/or Android mobile platforms (smart board is a plus)
- Experience using wireframing and
prototyping tools
- En eye for
detail and accuracy
- Experience with Design Thinking, User Story Mapping
or User-centered Design
- Excellent command of both written
and spoken English
- Ability to
communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter
- ?Ability to define and execute user interviews
which create new understandings of the users’ needs and new insights into
products to support these needs
- ?Able to translate your designs to the
understanding of engineers, and adapt your designs to emerging engineering
constraints

DEFINITION ?
- Analyse and understand user needs and translate into product
requirements
- Design UIs that fulfil the need and define UI specifications for
handoff to development team
- Discuss feasibility and desirability of design alternatives with
architects and developers
- Support product owners in defining product requirements
- Educate product owners and developers regarding usability
guidelines and methodologies
