Our international client which is operating in IT sector is seeking for a TEST LEADER.?

QUALIFICATIONS :
?
- BS degree required on Computer, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or similar technical departments.
- At least 5 years of software testing experience.
- Experience in Telecommunications IT systems, preferably in CRM and Billing/Charging domains.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, tools and metrics.
- Oracle database, SQL/PLSQL and UNIX knowledge.
- High level of technical and team leadership skills.
- Good level of verbal and written English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self motivated and able to work with aggressive timelines.
- Military services completed or postponed (for male applicants).

JOB DESCRIPTION :
?
- Ensure that testing processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Plans and executes the analysis of the testing requirements of the project in order to define a Testing Strategy.
- Test planning, test case writing and test execution based on project requirements.
- Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project meetings.
- Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project.
- Work with other team members through coaching and mentoring to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Document test failures and successes compared with pre-determined criteria, in accordance with agreed standards.
- Report test results to supervisor and/or other colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with SW developers to recreate and resolve issues found during testing.
- Uses normal operating facilities, test scripts, diagnostic tools, technical manuals and systems documentation to identify, diagnose and report on basic system errors.
