QUALIFICATIONS :
?
BS degree required on Computer, Electronic, Industrial Engineering or similar technical departments.
At least 5 years of software testing experience.
Experience in Telecommunications IT systems, preferably in CRM and Billing/Charging domains.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, tools and metrics.
Oracle database, SQL/PLSQL and UNIX knowledge.
High level of technical and team leadership skills.
Good level of verbal and written English.
Strong communication skills.
Self motivated and able to work with aggressive timelines.
Military services completed or postponed (for male applicants).

JOB DESCRIPTION :
?
Ensure that testing processes are carried out through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle.
Plans and executes the analysis of the testing requirements of the project in order to define a Testing Strategy.
Test planning, test case writing and test execution based on project requirements.
Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project meetings.
Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions that may differ from project to project.
Work with other team members through coaching and mentoring to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Document test failures and successes compared with pre-determined criteria, in accordance with agreed standards.
Report test results to supervisor and/or other colleagues in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with SW developers to recreate and resolve issues found during testing.
Uses normal operating facilities, test scripts, diagnostic tools, technical manuals and systems documentation to identify, diagnose and report on basic system errors.
