Have you met them? Do you have room to put in your "own" driveway?

It’s hard to say.? The property line runs down the driveway. Sometimes more on “their” side and sometimes on what would be “our” side.? But they own more of it. (The easement)

The property we are negotiating for right now has an easement issue.? Anybody here up on real estate law?
We are calling a real estate lawyer to set up a consultation, but I’d love to have some idea about our situation.?
I’ve googled till my brain hurts.
