I was very disappointed by the behaviour of the Team when they 1st rolled out the NuRav. I am aware there will have been folks that jumped on a bandwagon, but those 1st few hours had just too many people claiming migranes, seizures and other conditions. The issue, when you dig, is Livia, the architect has minimal experience in UX. The number of testers was 100 - many competent IT people, and their advice was ignored (one of the 1st big mistakes).
But as Amy pointed out, they kept digging & digging - by the end it has looked like the Somme trench warfare - and we all know there are no winners then. Some big name designers have removed the BuyNow link from their patterns - you now are directed to their website. This is a big hit to Rav income: their commission is tiny, but big designers essentially pay their bills. I most certainly wouldn't be happy to have Stephen West & Romi no longer giving commissions.
Finally, I could say suppositions regarding Cassidy & her behaviour over this period, but I won't. What is obvious is her complete lack of empathy. When you are a minority & request respect & understanding, it sort of entails that you will give it to others, & here she hasn't. For me, I found this incredibly distasteful. I have seen the email claiming any folks are having medical issues are frauds & lying; and it is a shameful piece of writing, and it is akin to the worst homophobic statements ever spewed in public.
Right now Rav is going through a perfect storm, and I would not want to be in that house right now. I feel for Jessica, and it makes me wonder what other strains and behaviours are happening in their personal life. Livia needs to go, and a recognised specialist needs to correct the train wreck.?
Goodwill is hard to generate and quick to destroy. The Trumpette exodus was interesting, but left barely a ripple; this poor judgement and lack of empathy is a whole different game - those that are backbone supporters of Rav are empathetic, and if enough leave, then it shall fall over. With all community groups, there are always too many lurkers & voyeurs, with a tiny core that are the do-ers. I would be placating them with any & everything to keep the site afloat.
Regards
Petey

Of course, it was something simple.? You have to be sure to have the list of pdf's showing in your Library.
It was like going down a knitting version of memory lane getting those patterns tucked away.
