Because in my old cs80 ?the tantalum in tsb cause the short of the rail. changed the tantalum ?solved my problems,?

Tsb 1 and 2 were partially rebuilt (there are some old tantalums on tsb2 left I think) with all the IC?s changed. I have never touched the TWS.?
Why do you think that might be the problem??
The thing is that no fuse blows. The short simply kills my PSU directly.
