It worked for me fine on Windows 7
download all five files
CS80_Diagram.z01
CS80_Diagram.z02
CS80_Diagram.z03
CS80_Diagram.z04
CS80_Diagram.zip
put them in one directory
doubleclick on CS80_Diagram.zip
For those who still are hav'ing troubles I uploaded it unzipped to my website:

Downloading and unzipping the files works fine for me.
