I have a '920 and a Signalink USB configured for WSJT-X. Attached are photos and PDFs explaining how I have it set for on my PC. I hope this works for you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. 73, Tom, N8EUI On Fri, Feb 21, 2025 at 4:12?PM mcwayne2 via <mcwayne2=[email protected]> wrote:

开云体育Thanks for the info Tom. I have my radio tab set up much like yours. ?According to the 920 manual, the serial port parameters should be set to 4800, no parity (no provision to set parity on my setup), Data bits 8, and stop bits 2. ?That is how mine is set. ?Stop bit set to none, 1 or 2 didn’t seem to make any difference. ?PTT=VOX; Transmit audio source not selectable (greyed out, shows Front/Mic); ?Mode=Data/Pkt; ?Split Ops=None.I think I found why the TX didn’t seem to work. ?The VOX button on the radio needed to be pressed. ?Now I have good power control with the SignaLink USB. ?So it seems to transmit OK. ?The issue now is receiving The radio receives OK and I get signals painted on the waterfall but no messages showing in the Band Activity window. ?????? I really appreciate the help. 73, Marty, W6NEV mcwayne2@... 408-234-8023

As far as no messages showing in the Band Activity window, do you have your computer time synced with the WSJT-X software?? Timing is everything with regards to making WSJT-X decode contacts. The two must be in sync with each other. Meinberg and NetTime are a couple of time sync programs that work. Tom On Sat, Feb 22, 2025 at 1:04?PM mcwayne2 via <mcwayne2=[email protected]> wrote:

开云体育Tom,I am using have been using the onboard time source in the MacBook Pro. ?I have used it for years with my FT-1000MP and the older WSJTx software (V 2.3 and previous) just fine. ?I have restarted both the WSJTx software and the computer a couple times to see if the WSJTx would link up with the laptop clock with no apparent success. ?I have periodically used Time.is to verify that the Apple clock was correct. ?For some reason, neither seem to work with V7.0. ?Is there something special I need to do? Hi Marty, I'm not familiar with the MacBook Pro. I'm sorry to say I cannot suggest what to do with your timing issues. Tom, N8EUI On Mon, Feb 24, 2025 at 7:51?PM mcwayne2 via <mcwayne2=[email protected]> wrote:
