Francesco, and the group -? I also have a strange action when I turn on my FT-920.? More times than not, the frequency display will just flash on and off. But I have also had it come on normally with no audio out. Upon doing a mid-level reset (losing all memories?stored) it will respond normally. However, I have used both the standard Yaesu mic and a Heil GM-5 and have gotten reports of distorted audio?with both, that comes and goes.? Any ideas for Francesco or me...please?? Thanks all...and thanks to the group controllers.

Hi I have a problem on the ft-920 sometimes when I turn on the radio, it is silent without sound, turned off and turning back again and everything comes back to normal where it could be the problem
