The IF board schematic shows C428 present next to the CW Oscillator crystal and trimmer. Schematic shows a 39pF, but the cap I removed had 33K stamped on it.?

I followed this helpful blog, I removed C428 and was able to get 100+ Watts of CW output on my FT-301D. Note: ?After removing C428 from the IF board, it tested 19.8uF on my B&K capacitor check. It is supposed to be 33uF +/- 10%. It has aged but lost value. Before removing C428, I was getting about 5W tune power on 10m, 15W on 15m, 35W on 20m, 30W on 40m and 25W on 75m. Peak SSB power is around 150W all bands.?
