I 'd change not only all capacitors, but the whole XPander and move to another neighborhood - just to make sure. Change all capacitors, is not a good advice to a laymen. It can do more much more

I'd check the poly timing cap for that voice; after that, there are 4051 CV demultiplexers associated with each voice which should be checked. The CVs from those go to opamp buffers across smoothing
