I think synth makers have taken preset design a lot more seriously in recent years (the virus patches are amazing) They understand the importance of how they help sell the synth. The great programmers

I'd check the poly timing cap for that voice;
after that, there are 4051 CV demultiplexers associated with each
voice which should be checked. The CVs from those go to opamp
buffers
