On the OB8 if you loose the battery, you loose the calibration values, and need to do the cal over. You need a 4 digit voltmeter for the cal, although you might be able to get away with a 3 digit

I recently checked my battery and it still looked like new but it could be disastrous if the damed thing started to leek someday. Has anyone done a battery change yet on their Xpanders/M12?
