Re: Xpander won't receive patches/banks by SysEx
Yep ! Most of the factory programs have to be edited to your taste and to be reprogrammed for usage w/ midi-controllers. This is a machine for sound designers,- program it yourself and you?ll hear

Re: Xpander won't receive patches/banks by SysEx
I use Midiox to send/receive patches to/from my Xpander & OB8 quite often. It works just fine. You need to Enable Receive Midi and ENable Sysex independantly. These can be done from the menu, or form

Re: Xpander won't receive patches/banks by SysEx

Re: Xpander won't receive patches/banks by SysEx
I dont think you need to enable sysex to send, but top receive. I may be wrong. Either way, enable the Sysex function on the Midi page, for the Xpander to receive patches.

Xpander won't receive patches/banks by SysEx
Hi folks, When my Xpander receives a patch by SysEx, the sub-page Midi Enb flicks to the main Midi screen, indicating something must have happened, yet the patch is unsent. This goes for patches sent

Re: Virtual Matrix 12/ Xpander thread
The O-PX Pro is nice, but to my ear it lacks something from the Xpander - a kind of punchiness which causes temporary ear damage in excess. ;-) Jeremy.
