Intro
An Old School Internet Geek from the Before Times, I was using UNIX (AIX and HP/UX) when I discovered Linux (kernel version 0.99 patch level 23, or something like that) and started using the Internet when commercial activity was still prohibited. Now I geek out with Google Cloud and website development and love to help people build their small businesses on the Internet.
I provide coaching and consulting to organizations and leaders that want to empower their people, and to people who want to make work better.
I want to be a writer when I grow up. I have an ill-kept blog at . You can also find me at and . I'm writing a book, working title: Hacking Hierarchies.
What's the pirate costume about? I'm a bit of a rebel and see most power with suspicion. I sometimes like to poke authority in the eye. When I'm not on the Internet (usually at my day job), you'll find me building something in my garage or out exploring somewhere.
