Re: 3D printed MIC

Hi,
?
I have made a new version of my mic design project.
The new version uses a MEMS (rather than electret) microphone element.
?
The design files for the circuit board are online here:

The design files for the enclosure are online here:
?
Overall I am happy with this new mic design.
I think it sounds better than the original X6100 mic and it is even smaller and lighter than my previous (electret) mic design.

CTCSS tones are not possible due to hardware limitations.

Re: R1CBU display

You can disable the magnification as seen here: /g/xiegu-x6100/message/6911
?
Cheers

R1CBU display

I am using version 0.29.2 (is this the latest one?) and I wonder if there is a setting to move the magnified frequency display out of the way when tuning.
Tuning on a CW signal is very difficult because the magnifying frequency display blocks the spectrum.
I didn't find it and if it has been already written I apologize.

GPS:
I use this one (Have 3 of them) : https://www.amazon.com/dp/B086ZK6R89?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1
I don't recommend this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01HF0K5WA?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_5
But YMMV.

Please be kind enough to give the link to the cables and adapters you use and works for you.

Thanks Georgy. That looks like it could be it. I'll play around with it in the next few days and see what the results are.

Well, I'll be. Thanks for the quick reply!

Thanks. My coding knowledge of C/C++ was a bit above 0, when I bought X6100 one year ago )).

Regarding CW freq marker on the scope - I guess, Jens mean filter marker. It's color defined . You can replace bg_color with any color value, like . Also, might be helpful to change blend mode using
rect_dsc.blend_mode = LV_BLEND_MODE_ADDITIVE
or another .

Re: x6100 Com ports not seen on my PCs.

Yvon,
given you results with Linux, i.e. that nothing happens there either, I am 100% sure it is a hardware/cable problem.
If your X6100 is still under warranty, I would definitely contact the vendor to see what they think.
