They are stored in your radio OS at /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections
You're better off folowing the previous advice (via USB) or creating a new working wifi connection and then go in the radio and delete the connections that you don't want to keep.

LATE EDIT... About 30 seconds after posting this, I found the answer to my question — right in front of my eyes. So I no longer need an answer to this.
?
Quick question... and maybe a dumb one, so I'll ask forgiveness in advance... How do I turn off voice monitoring? In other words, when I key the mic, I hear my voice through the speaker — with howling feedback unless I turn the volume down quickly. I've searched through all the menus, but I'm clearly blind to something obvious that I can't seem to locate. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Factory reset... not working

As far as I remember, WiFi settings are not stored in the xparams.db (this table contains radio parameters), but within OS.
You can connect radio with usb cable using PuTTY (or screen under linux) and manage connections using nmcli command.

E.g.
List all saved connections - nmcli connection
Remove connection -? nmcli connection delete "NAME"

Instead of name you can copy and paste UUID (long sequence from 2nd columns, looks like 'b9d1df81-8b58-4e63-a67d-330527f8e022')
?

Factory reset... not working

Good evening,
?
I have been trying to connect to my X6100 via SSH, but I want a fresh clean install.?
?
When I "Factory Reset" it warns me twice, then turns off. I wait a few min 5-10, I restart it... and all my WIFI settings and password settings are still there...
?
What am I doing wrong?

This is a Windows issue.? Put the card back into your PC.? Right click on Windows and go to Disk Managment.? Find the drive with the Boot partition and you will see another active partition with no drive letter.? Right click on that partition and Add drive letter.? Now you will see the Data partition.

Re: R1CBU firmware 0.25.0

Just formatted the card with .25 using Rufus - put it in the X6100 and let it boot up - looks good. However, after having previously saved the files in the /DATA partition - I went to restore them after the initial bootup with version .25. Once I put the card in my laptop card reader, I could not find the /DATA partition at all - just the /BOOT. I placed the card back in the X6100 and powered it up again. Entered and saved a few basic data fields - "QTH", "Callsign". Power-cycled the radio - it did keep all the preferences that I'd just keyed in - however, no /DATA partition visible in Windows 11 File Explorer.
?
Took the radio out at lunch and tried it - worked wonderfully - the best in the 2 years that I've owned the X6100!. Made several FT4 contacts - noticed that the app worked much better than previous versions - each contact returned a "QSO Saved" message on the screen as normal. Get back to work after lunch, mount the card and still no /DATA partition! What am I doing wrong here?? Thanks!

S-meter value is not streamed anywhere right now. I guess, it's possible to stream it to named pipe (FIFO). Let's discuss it on the github issues.

Re: R1CBU firmware 0.25.0

Hi Greg,
woking perfectly for me on 1st generation x6100 hardware. FYI - Base 1.1.7 160Hz (patched) ?and APP 1.1.7.
?
You may be able to answer if there is a way in command line to obtain the S-Meter value??
?
For example, if connected to x6100 by SSH in normal FW mode, can you obtain the S meter value using a command or find it in a log/stream?
?
I am trying to find a simple way to make a wifi S-Meter using M5 Stack Cardputer without having to go through a huge amount of coding and connectivity using Bluetooth or USB etc.?
?
I recall that the app UI if launched manually used to give some information - I may look at this.
?
Hoping you may have an idea how to access it.
?
Thanks

Re: R1CBU firmware 0.25.0

Do you copy all files and directories off of the DATA partition ( ie. including the .Trash-1000 directory and subdirs?) , and then put them all back again, or just the files in the DATA root?
?
Thanks for your effort on this! I'm glad someone was able to continue Oleg's work , and glad that Oleg is still in the community!

FW 0.25.0 works WITHOUT issues.
Problems are different X6100’s with different hardware faulth’s or install mistakes.
Sorry for my comment , but I don’t like follow this discussion....

Hi,
For me, waterfall is now working. Spectrum and S meter are still frozen. Most of the menu buttons not working. Ft8 decoding also not working however this time the ft8 scope is displayed but only under the Waiting sulync frame.
Thanks for your efforts.

Georgy, you made my day!

You were right suspecting it was not V0.25.0...
For some reason I cannot expalin (cache or whatever) the V0.25.0 was not written on the microSD by Pi Imager (I'm running Ubuntu)
Made a reboot and voilà, I do get the 5W on 20m.

I have not checked the other bands yet, but I suppose they will also be OK and I wanted to answer you asap.

Congrats for this version, many OMs will much appreciate your great work!

It's already done within 0.25.0. During TX it reads PWR and ALC values and calculates a correction to output audio level. Comparing 0.24.1 this approach might add +8.2 dB to output signal value (about 40x of the theoretical output power).

Hi Georgy,

I was expecting a lot from this last version, after I reported a few weeks ago the power levels issue in FT8.

Too bad, this has not changed since V0.24.1.

Let me be more specific:

Whatever the setting of the TX power, I get only the following powers: in FT8

20m??? 2.7W
17m??? 3.8W
15m??? 1.6W
12m??? 3.0W
10m??? 2.2W

Of course, other modes bring the expected power levels.

Georgy, you mentionned earlier an idea you had (with ALC?) to try to correct this issue; is it still planned?

Thanks a lot again for your amazing work!

Hi.

Actual release available on the on GitHub.
Feedback is appreciated.
Remember to copy files from DATA partition before flashing to save all parameters, logs, messages, etc. After flashing and first boot - copy these files back to DATA.
