Here's a screenshot that shows it. I've noticed this for lots of previous versions, so it's not new. It always seems like the "0" line of the spectrum is hidden behind the grey frequency bar. When I'd switch over to the manual settings, I'd shift it up slightly, so I see more than just the peaks popping out from behind the bar.
