I did Robust Packet Radio with scs modem (PTC-II and PTC-IIPro) and the xiegu X6100 (sending beacon no problem), sometimes 2 way qso RPR succeeded, sometimes not. Think Pactor is more problematic with the sdr delay of the Xiegu than Robust Packet Radio.
Also tried with parameters csdelay and txdelay in winlink, but no success, only 1 time i got a connection in Pactor, but with lots and lots of errors in ARQ Protocol. 73 Helmar dl1kvc
