You can preserve your configurations and changes: * Copy params.db from DATA partition of SD card to some place BEFORE flashing new image * Flash image * Boot transceiver with inserted SD card, then poweroff * Open saved params.db with any sqlite3 software (e.g. ) and execute SQL UPDATE memory SET val = 3 WHERE name like "vfoa_mode" and (id >= 100 OR id < 300) * Insert SD card back to the computer and replace params.db on DATA partition with saved version
