one at each end of the USB cable,

also do you have a common mode choke on the feeder?

It might be an interference from the your antenna to USB cable - PC lose connection with transceiver during TX. Try to repeat with 0.1W output power. If it will help - replace USB cable with shielded, or/and add some chokes to the USB/antenna cable.
