I figured it out for Windows 10/11. Downloaded a program called
winscp, connect to the x6100 via lan. I have a usb-c to Rj-45
network interface adapter.
Login as root/123 with winscp and transferred the .tgz file to the
root folder.
Then login using putty ssh and type " tar -xvf [filenam.tgz]" to
unpack it. Then reboot.

The SD card has 3 partitions: Boot, DATA, rootfs. You need the partition where the params.db file is already located
