I recently built one. ?Mine does not come anywhere near 1:1 in the 20m band...it's over 4:1. ?Bu it hits 1:1 right at 13.000 MHz. ?By collapsing the top two or three sections of the whip or using the tuner, I can hit 1:1 across 20m. ?It does seem to performa quite well, regardless. ?And it fits in your pocket and sets up in a honest minute.
