If you want to take your electronics background a little further get a tinySA Ultra Spectrum analyzer and learn how to use its functions including the signal generator part. Of course you will need about 80 DB of attenuation for protecting the input. Between the NanoVNA and the tinySA, which are very reasonably priced by the way, you will have your own test equipment laboratory that makes the hobby so much more fun..
