I could have made that clearer.
IF the RSS is used on such a file, to modify,add or delete parameter that references PL values, it will "re-educate" all the PL data locations and pointers.
Changing freq or scanlist data *probably* (read as yet to be verified) wont affect the "custom" PL configuration.
