That’s too bad. He was a great friend and a great engineer. We worked in the same complex for a while and spent a lot of time together at field days over the years.

foxhunt
this is my APRS track from last week's foxhunt. These points show my approximate? location. I started in Rush and proceeded to the airport area, then around Gates/Chili for a while, then around Westfall Rd and W. Henrietta Rd. and finally to the simulated jammer on Mt Hope Ave. I hope we can use APRS at Mammoth March on August 9th. Jon N2JAC |

Hello,
Our quarterly meeting is scheduled for 7PM, March 13, at the Webster Rec Center.
Zoom may be problematic, not sure if our arrangements to make use of it will still work, I am having issues getting in.? If it can be worked out, I will send an update with Zoom link and info before the meeting.
Not sure if I can get a presentation together before the meeting, I will try.? It could be about Power Line Noise, Ham Clock, or digital voice on a budget.? Unless anyone else has something ready . . .

foxhunt thursday
I gave a presentation about foxhunting to RARA last week. ARES is doing a cooperative hunt thursday at 1800 on 146.61 repeater ?If anyone is planning a spring hunt, please let me know so I can get the word out to RARA.
