I operated the CW DX Contest again this year.? I wanted to beat my 175 contacts last year, and just barely did, with 178 and 103 multipliers.? Fortunately, the Daytona 500 was rain-delayed, or I wouldn't have been able to have enough time.

If I compared my logs from last year to this year, I'd guess most of my contacts?were with the same stations I worked last year.

Contesting in these big ones is a little weird, with many stations being essentially professional contesters and automating most everything.? With N1MM you really don't have to touch your key or paddle.? One button or click sends your callsign, another one sends your exchange.? ?But it is still kind of fun, but I will probably just occasionally dabble in contests.
