Currently, XARC has no secretary and vice president.? We would certainly accept any volunteers for these positions, but if not, we will continue to operate the club as before without these positions being filled.

Since club meeting attendance has been mainly a subset of the same 4 to 6 members the last couple of years, we are reducing our meeting frequency.? Every 3 months is the goal, but I need to work with Webster Rec and meeting dates for the next 10 months.? Some meetings may be Zoom only.

Our limited participation in club operations means that our club bylaws and constitution cannot be followed to the letter, but the board will continue to operate within the spirit of those documents.

With that said, we have had repeaters on the air for 43 years continuously, and operated as a club on Field Day for 38 years straight and expect to do some more.

As always, the club is made up of its members.? We would welcome ideas and suggestions from all on what you want the club to be.
