It seems that the connection is first attempted using IPv6 and if that eventually fails, with IPv4.? Maybe it would make sense to not have an IPv6 address associated with the DNS name that is used in the TELEBAHN mapping:
has IPv6 address 2001:4dd0:af15:dfcd:5e49:79ff:fe37:bcc8
has address 87.78.134.96
