RAW RATING
- Heading into the WrestleMania stretch and coming off the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, Monday Night Raw not only did not get the usual post-PPV bump but actually registered the lowest number since January 13, with an average of 2,162,000 viewers, down 94,000 viewers from last week. The first hour started with 2,157,000 viewers, then went up slightly to 2,222,000 viewers, before falling to 2,109,000 viewers in the third and final hour. This was one of the least-watched Raws with no sports competition head-to-head in over two decades. Raw was #1, #2, and #3 in the top 50 cable chart among the 18-49 demographic but was #10 in overall viewership for the night on cable. (Ratings credit: Showbuzzdaily.com)

TRIPLE H GETS NEW CORPORATE TITLE
- In a letter sent to WWE shareholders ahead of the 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders in April, it was revealed that Paul "Triple H" Levesque received a new title within the company. As of February of this year, Levesque now serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development. Prior to that, he had been the Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events & Creative since August 2011. In his current role, he oversees WWE’s talent relations and talent development departments in addition to playing an integral role in the company’s creative process, helping shape the creative direction and storylines of WWE’s programming. The annual meeting will seek to re-elect all 10 members of the WWE Board of Directors.

JEFF HARDY AND PAIGE ADVERTISED FOR SMACKDOWN
- Both Jeff Hardy and Paige are being advertised to appear on Friday Night Smackdown on FOX later this week. The announcement came during the Raw broadcast. The former WWE champion was cleared to wrestle a couple of weeks ago and has been backstage at Smackdown over the past two weeks. Hardy gave the news that he has the green light during an appearance on WWE Backstage last week and said that he's just waiting for the right moment to jump back into action. Jeff has been out for nine months and hasn't been in a WWE ring on TV since then. Meanwhile, the former Smackdown General Manager will be on the broadcast to confront the current Smackdown champion Bayley. Paige underwent emergency surgery last week to remove an ovarian cyst. The WWE.COM article hyping up her appearance notes that she'll be on the show to "set the Smackdown Women's champion straight." Paige has been working as a panelist on WWE Backstage ever since the show started on FS1.

STATE OF FLORIDA ISSUES STRICT CORONAVIRUS ADVISORY...THEN RETRACTS IT
- The state of Florida issued a strict advisory on people coming back into the state due to the coronavirus but hours later retracted the statement. Under the original policy, anyone returning to Florida from abroad was to self-isolate for 14 days, a stricter rule than what the federal government imposed. Had the ban not been overturned, any fans coming into town for WrestleMania next month would have basically missed all the festivities unless they were rolling in at least 14 days before. But the announcement was soon changed when the Florida Department of Health rewrote its advisory, putting the ban only on people who traveled to China, Italy, Iran and South Korea. Things, however, could quickly change depending on how fast this COVID-19 virus spreads. So far, 14 people in Florida were infected and a few have already died. WWE remains steadfast that it will not cancel WrestleMania but the decision ultimately remains in the hands of the state. If Florida, or federal government, imposes certain bans on mass events, there's no way WrestleMania will take place.

AEW SAYS ALL EVENTS WILL GO AHEAD AS PLANNED
- Just like WWE, All Elite Wrestling has no plans to cancel any of their upcoming live events due to the coronavirus. The company issued a statement today as COVID-19 continues to dominate the news and spreads across other states. "All AEW events are currently moving forward as scheduled. Of course, the safety and well-being of AEW fans, partners and talent is always our top priority, so we will continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation related to COVID-19 and be guided by government officials, health organizations and venue management," the statement read. "AEW will update ticket purchasers if there are any changes to the event schedule, and we encourage everyone in the AEW family to be good to themselves – and each other – by taking preventative actions as recommended by the CDC and WHO." As more major events get canceled across the United States and the rest of the world, it looks like it might be a matter of time before AEW or WWE shows get nixed too until the situation calms down.

AEW TO DEBUT IN LOUISIANA AND NEW MEXICO
- All Elite Wrestling will be heading to Louisiana and New Mexico over the next few months for Dynamite, two new markets that they haven't been to yet. The New Orleans show will be on May 6 at the Lakefront Arena, a 10,000-seater arena located on the campus of the University of New Orleans. The May 13 episode will then move west to the Santa Ana Star Center, a 7,000-seater facility in Rio Rancho, close to Albuquerque. Tickets for both shows will go on sale this coming Friday, March 13 on AEWTix.com. Tickets start from $25.
