I got a pair of replacement panels from The Jeepsterman for $89 each plus
shipping, last year. However, that company is a real pain to deal with.
For me, the difficult part has been finding a body shop willing to install
these panels.

Willys America lists the body side 1/4 panels @ $149.00 each (Aug. 98 price
list). I was wondering if there was a cheaper source out there. Classic
Enterprises does not manufacture these for the Wagon.
OD Noise: I think you are right Ron. The cap bearings in the transfercase
probably need replacing or upgrading w/ the AA bearings. I know of others
that
use ear plugs when planning on travelling a great distance.
