hey guys let's remember the "L" head engines are flat heads just as
lawnmower are. the correct plug for L134 and L226 engines was J-8 and now
has been replaced by RJ-8 or RJ-8C. the R is for resistor and I'm not sure
what the C is for.

You should still be able to get the non-resistor version of the plug
if needed. The resistor plug is supposed to reduce plug noise in
that fancy high-dollar 6v stereo system. ;->
The C on the end of that stands for 'copper core' - supposed to be
a better plug.
