Matt--How does the "antique plate" work in Kansas. To my notion, they
are next to worthless here in Iowa. You can drive it to a show, or in a
parade, but that is about it. For display purposes only. I run a
standard license on my vehicles. We can apply for a "vanity plate" and
I think we can run year of manufacture plates only if the other current
plate is displayed.(not real sure about having them both on at once) It
is important to have a clear title, I think.
