You all sound like you have some pretty good plans for the Holiday. That's what its all about, doing what you enjoy doing in the company of family and friends. And working on Willys. Can't get much better than that. Have a good Holiday everyone, and thanks for cheering me up. :) Stay safe, and eat lots. :) Chris Cortland NY ----- Original Message -----

OK Chris, Just for you, I will spend the day working on vehicles. 1) Remove the water pump in my PT Cruiser - 4 to 5 hour job. (I will buy the water pump and timing belt on Friday. 2) Put the snow blade on Mighty Mo. This is to ward off the evil snow demons. (the pump and frame are already on) 3) Loosen up the exhaust damper on my 53 CJ3A. Maybe shoot some PB Blaster in there and see if that helps. How's that for staying away from retail? My condolences to you and others that must work on family holidays. I remember many years ago when I had a snow plowing business, I plowed on Christmas eve, Christmas day and New Years Eve, Ric -. Hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday!! As is my usual, I am stuck working Thanksgiving. The is my annual "Please don't go shopping Thursday speech", as I'm pretty sure I speak for everyone in retail that has to work. Stay home, watch football, take a nap, talk to the family, work on the jeeps, talk about working on the jeeps, heck, even go for a ride in the jeep, but just please don't go shopping that day. Hopefully one of these days, they will decide that family time and holidays are more important than the all mighty dollar, and I will be able to spend it with the family instead of working from 7am until 7:30 pm. Whoopeee... :( I am thankful for a job to go to tomorrow, I realize that I am lucky to have one, but just the same, it would be nice to spend it with family instead of work. Every year, they extend the hours a little more, and every year I get a little less turkey. Great for my diet, not so great for my attitude. Okay, that is my usual speech for this time of year, I'm off my soap box now, Travel safely everyone, give grandma a hug for me, and someone save me a drumstick, will ya???
